Refund policy
RETURNS:
All sales are final unless the product you received is damaged or defective. Please contact us at skycamefallingofficial@gmail.com with any questions related to a product prior to ordering. Damaged or defective orders will be replaced with the same item when available. Please contact us to begin the return process as damaged or defective items must be returned and are subject to inspection once they are received. After inspection, the replacement order will be processed.
EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange an item (due to a different size garment for example) please reach out to us at skycamefallingofficial@gmail.com to get the process started. Please include your order number and a detailed description of your request. You will need to send the current item back to us (we do not cover shipping costs) and place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.
CANCELLATIONS:
If your order has not shipped, it is likely that we can cancel the order. Please contact us at skycamefallingofficial@gmail.com with your order number to request the cancellation of your order. Once the item has shipped your order cannot be cancelled.
